Silent Hill Not Necessarily a Remake coming to the Wii

Go Nintendo has screencaps of the latest Nintendo Power with the details. It's a remake with a twist. They basically took a blender to the plot and changed up the character roles, the order, and added new plot elements.

ou still play as Harry Mason, you?re still looking for your daughter, and you?ll see familiar elements, but they?re all twisted to betray your expectations.

You'll use the Wii-mote to directly interact with the environment puzzle but oddly the game will feature no combat. Instead, you have to run to escape enemies instead of fighting them.

Nope. When monsters chase you, you use the Z button to break through doors, climb fences, break through windows, etc.

Other Wii tricks include:
- The Wiimote is used to aim the flashlight while the control stick on the nunchuck handles movement.

- The Wiimote acts as a cellphone with static noise coming out of the Wiimote speaker.
