I am looking for a heatsink/fan that makes somewhat less noise than the standard heatsink/fan but still keeps it cool enoughto overclock the card (I don't want one of those Zalman passive heatsinks). Can anyone recommend me one?
Thx

I think you can put a fan on the Zalman. So, if you combined it with a low RPM fan, you could overclock while keeping noise at a minimum. Just my 2 cents.

I'm using a $5. SVC GC-68 with a panflo L1A on my overclocked Ti4600. It even worked when I had it volt-modded. It takes up three pci slots but is quiet and cools extremely well. I find it works great on the memory too because the fan blows right over it. You can use thermal adhesive to glue it on or drill four holes in it for small bolts and use AS3 (that's what I did). There are some nice brass lined holes in the GF4's that work great for bolting on heatsinks.
If you can't spare the pci slots you could also use various 50mm cpu heatsinks. I've seen them around for $3. - $5. Some are quiet.
Whatever you use I would recommend lapping the core because it is recessed 1-2mm beneath the outer casing.
