Silent, Fanless PSU

Yea. I remember reading a review from silentpcreview.com about the SilenX 14dba psu, which has only 1 slowly moving fan. Silentpcreview.com said that psu is lack of airflow, can be dangerous and is not recommanded to be used in hot area or if your case doesn't have good airflow.

And now we have a psu with no fan....
 
Have to see what the guys on the SPCR boards say. I've heard some of these have no fans, and rated over 400w, but only actually turn out like 180 watts.
