Isn't this the official site of SIIG... the maker of various and popular controller card products?

http://www.siig.com

When these things happen, do you think more often than not that the hacked companies chief network guru gets the "axe" for letting such a thing happen.

Usually I go see hacked sites that I've read about. I think this time I actually found one 🙂

Ha Ha Ha. That is so funny. I don't know German but it looks a lot better than when Americans hack. usually they'll put up some stupid song quote or give shoutouts or something lame.

I don't think so... Judging by their own net stats at the bottom of the page, the site has had very few hits lately.

Yeah, but isn't it completely possible that whoever hacked the site put that hit counter in as well, to track the number of people viewing the hacked site?

And yes, that's SIIG's corporate website, going by a quick Google Search.

Dunno if this helps, but here is what the comic says (thanks for babelfish)

frame 1 : Whom you mean you have in each case pitch
frame 2 : ... remember, it could be worse

1. When you think you always have bad luck
2. Remember it can always be worse

If you can't figure it out, i'm not going to explain it to you.
Well, thanks, pal. I was hoping someone would explain it to me. 😀 - LOL!

Actually the comics says:

First Picture:

IF you think you have it bad....

Second Picture:

Remember, you could have it worse...

I used to have a Sound Card made by them. It turned out to be an OEM SoundBlaster PCI64.

Wow ...cool!

I've been browsing the net since '93 and that's the first hacked site I think I've ever stumbled upon. It was pretty late for me when I posted that last night and I thought I'd get on tonight and have a bunch of smart-ass replies about how that's not the official site or that the hacking of it was old news.

Glad to have been able to pass it along 🙂
