Signs that a user is going to be a trouble user

First of all, I don't mind people who are ignorant about computers and software. They aren't purposely being dumb on their computer, they just don't know any better.

But without a doubt, you KNOW you are going to have problems when the first thing a person says is:

"Well my husband / son / brother / etc. is in the IT field and works with computers all the time, and....."

"I like to build my own computers at home too and I think....."

"My friend was over last night helping me set up my wireless Intranet and he changed...."

I got this network thing at home and after i set it up it didn't work......

My son's computer no longer works online....

My son's PS3 in his room doesn't connect to the internet....

The kids were on it last so i don't know what happened to it.....

Can you come over the house and fix my pc's, my wife will make you a really nice dinner.....

Stuff like that is usually a clue.
