does anybody know what causes this? it's not really me per se, but i have some clients who have this problem and i don't really know what to tell them. one of them uses novell groupwise and i have no experience with that program...

Not sure why it does it, but you could always save it as a text file, then open it in Word. Do a find/replace and replace them all with a [space].

probably due to the editor they are using , what is the source of the text?
or the method of transfer, how are they sending the text? ftp?

email... and the editor/client is novell groupwise.... anybody know of any settings they can change?
