Significant difference between Asus/EVGA in terms of quality?

Hi, I'm building a new system with a 680 and the store I'm purchasing from has an ASUS 680 at the same price and with the exact same stats as an EVGA 680 I was going to purchase. The EVGA has to come in from EVGA and would take up to two weeks, while the ASUS is in stock atm.

I have an EVGA currently and I'm very happy with it, my question is if there is a significant difference in terms of quality in video cards between EVGA and ASUS that I should consider when deciding between the two. Also, both have a 3 year warranty.

Quality, no. Both are reference cards, I'm assuming? They're exactly the same minus the look/sticker on the cover.

Some people will say EVGA will be better because of their RMA process, but that's about it.

Evga changed their warranty policy recently and its even better than it was before so....

Quality, remember, Nvidia makes the video cards...

While you can try to make that blanket statement, it's not completely true. NONE of EVGA's GTX 680 cards have a lifetime warranty. Longest warranty available is 7 years, and that's only for the nominal additional cost of $50 from EVGA......
