Signed up for a subscription in paypal that I forgot about - just got charged -

Last year I signed up for a subscription that I completely forgot about - I was just charged for the next term and I completely forgot about it... I went to the company and they said "no refunds".. Is there anything I can do? Would dispute resolution serve any good?

Heh. This is the reason I never use auto payments. On the flip side, I don't have auto pay for my webhost, so for the last 4/6 years my website and email have died on April 2. For some reason I always forget, even though it is the day after april fools.

Chances are that with a dispute the company will refund the payment. Most of the time, with the way paypal's dispute system works (unless it's a large amount), it's too much work for the merchant to fight the claim.
