Costed me an arm and a leg. I also get five sessions with a personal trainer! Anyone else have any good experiences to talk about with a personal trainer from 24 Hour Fitness?

My goals are basically to get into shape, lose at least 40lbs, and be able to hang in a basketball game, my mixed martial arts class, and whatever else that puts stress on my body.

!!

I only saw one personal trainer at the Seattle 24hr fitness and he was horrible-
It was an hour session, only about 10 mins was out working out, 10 mins measuring me, 10 mins of him doin somthin eles (I'll be right back...) and about 30 mins of trying to convince me to sign up for a huge oackage with him.
He was an ass and didnt care about me at all, just wanted $$$. He seemed completly distracted while I was working out (looking around, seeming really bored)

It was probably just one bad guy, some seem really cool when I watch them with other people so you'll probably have better luck.

If your trainer treats you like this (and you've paid for it -- it's not a free trial) then ask for a different trainer. They want you to be treated well so you'll spend money.
