How do I take the Fourier Transform of the sinc function? There must be a trick of some sort ;/

It's the rect function. It's easy to find the Fourier transform of rect, which then goes the other way too by inversion (since it's L2).

What is L2? The only term I'm familiar with that may be what you're referring to is duality.
