LOL, what prompted me to find this originally was because I just started watching BBC1's The Planet Earth on BluRay, and the shooting done from their 'copter was at least 40x. I wanted to see what I might expect to use on the street to get that sort of zoom. 😀

I calculated 28x based on 35mm with the included multiplier, but I could have done the math wrong... In any case that's where I stopped because the lens in the picture costs almost 30k$. 😀

WOW, and its for medium format too. Could you imagine how sharp it would be on a FF or crop camera, 🙂.
