well, since i promised myself i would wait until august before i start building my new computer, i have been having to bide my time with my current computer, which normally wouldn't be so bad, except for the voltage problems. whats wrong?

5v is at 4.65v.
12v is at 11.64v.

but ill never give up!

actually, when this problem originally crept up, thats what i thought it was, but i replaced the psu with a sparkle 300w, but still having the same problem, so i think its mobo related.

edit: the only problem its causing is random restarts anyways, so im not too concerned.
