So, I received a call today from some guy complaining that he couldn't order some stupid, cheap Dremel bits from our site. He sounded kind of drunk and I didn't believe him, but I looked and sure enough, they were what we call "Add-On" items. They won't ship until your order is at least $25.
I tried to explain this to him, but he went into a rage and started hurling insults at me and mentioned a "stanzzzzzzze of dominant" (he was drunk and that's what he said) and "I DEMANDTH satizfaxxxxxxxxxxtion." After calmly explaining the rule to the customer again, he kept demanding that I do something to "make it right." I finally gave up and told him to add a $25 item to his order and he'd have to return the $25 item for a refund. I bet he won't remember a word of our conversation!
Geesh, some people -- does this guy not realize that this just raises the prices for all of our other Prime customers?
