Had a customers house I went to on a service call. Go in, he has two VCR's being used as cable line extenders with the last cable going into his modem. Hes yelling at me for his "no service for 2 weeks" when he didn't mention to anyone at the office he was trying to use VCR's as cable line extenders..


Hooke the modem up without the VCR's and it worked fine.

I guess it made sense to him in some odd way.
