Sigh - power's out

I'm using my laptop and candlelight right now. My home herd/array is now down and I'm going to go turn the power bars off as I know that it'll be a while before the power comes back.

At least HeavyMetal is quite a few states away. He has an auto shut-off of 7 AM his time for most of the extra SETI processors, I'll be back to more "human" stats for a while.

I'll be late for work tomorrow, have to get all my boxes crunching before I go to work.

Nah, it's just been hot and the draw wiped out power on a pretty widespread area. It must have been serious as it came back fast this time. It went out twice this summer just on my street (transformers on some poles exploded, looked pretty wild when they went). THose times is took 12+ hours to get power back.

I have a bunch of my array going again, so I won't lose that much.
