sigh... now need new mp3 recommendation

unfortunately, the muvo tx fm has completely unusable radio reception. so back it has to go. i've dedcided i was asking for too much, so now my priorities are thus: (should be a lot easier)

-at least 1 gb
-GOOD fm tuner
-small & light enough for unobtrusive exercising
-usb 2.0

so far the creative zen micro and the dell dj mini are the front runners (though i've read they're actually the same). i know creative also has a new 5 gb muvo, too. any ideas as to what i should be looking at now? i really appreciate all the help received in previous posts 🙂

I just got this one: SanDisk 1GB mp3 player

It's tiny (smaller than my GF's Muvo TX-FM), gets pretty good FM reception (I'm listening to Stern now), and the sound quality is pretty surpising. I was very skeptical about getting a SanDisk player, but overall I'm very happy with it, especially for the price. The only negative I can find is the build quality isn't great and the joystick doesn't look like it'll stick around for the long haul.

It's great for what I need it for, mainly running and working out.

remember that flash players usually (i think) utilize the headphone wire for FM radio reception. Maybe try it with different headphones b4 giving up.

i've tried it with 7 different headphones based on that premise. it's not gonna get any better 🙁
