Sorta sad, I got my last high school yearbook today, that officially means the years over... as excited as I am about college, I really don't want to leave. Anyways, is there a place where I can get my yearbook laminated or something? Kinkos? Just for extra protection

I got my (senior) yearbook so late this year that I was already done with classes, so I didn't get any signatures. :(

How are you going to look at it if it's laminated? :p

0wn3d. High School was a waste. You'll probably never see or hang out with most of your HS buddies again anyway.

You won't miss high school if you are going to a decent, semi-social college, even if your major itself tends to suck (i.e EE)

Maybe none of you had a good time in high school, but to me it was far more exciting then middle school or elementary school. Anyways, not all laminated, my sister had hers with like a lamination jacket type thing that the book fit into.

I personally loved high school...though college has been a lot more fun. Less pretension/cliqueishness for the most part, though as with all aspects of life, some people are just a$$hats.

High School rulez. I still cruise the local high school lookin' to pick up dem young lookin' chicks. I keep getting older, but the high school girls always stay the same. Words to live by.

I had to throw my senior yearbook away because it had some incriminating things written in it. To much evidence if it were to fall into the wrong hands.

My thoughts exactly.

I dropped out of Highschool freshman year and got my GED at the local CC. Let me tell you, the whole College atmosphere is just no comparison to POS highschool.

If you thought HS was a blast compared to middle school or elementary, wait till you get to college. After college you probably won't even remember the crap you did in high school

High school is hard work and fun, but I'm sure college will be better.

High school doesn't give you much freedom. I'm sure going to miss my friends.

High school wasn't bad. My I excelled in my classes w/o much effort. But that who pretentious/clique thing kinda sucked. I tried to move between a few cliques and as such had lots of friends but truth be told I only hang out with a few friends from hs, maybe 8 or so when we're all in town. In college, I only have a few good friends but I love how most people don't care about what shoes you wear or what brand your shirt is. Makes life nice:cool: I never bothered going to prom/getting a yearbook; most of that stuff. I went to my graduation and grad night, that's it. I much prefer only having a few really good friends to knowing lots of people.

not to say high school sucks man, but you are rarely going to look at that book after high school is over, you might show some friends or something every now and then, but you'll get over the feeling of "I miss high school" fairly quickly.
