I dropped of an Xbox360 and an extra controller Wednesday night at a local UPS Store and specifically told them that I needed shipping that would get it there on Friday. They gave me 2nd Day Air. Well, come to find out today that they didn't even get the package scanned and shipped until today. Now I've got the guy who bought the 360 from me sending giant run-on sentence complaints about how it is totally unacceptable like this is all my fault. :roll: His payment didn't clear on Wednesday until after the Post Office closed so it was send it via UPS or not send it until today.
Now I've got to make an unnecessary trip back over to this UPS Store tomorrow to demand a refund.
Of course, I told the guy if he is really unhappy that I can refund his money and have the 360 sent back to me...hehe
