I have a CC with BoA that I am paying down the balance on (save your judgment for another thread please).
It seems last night, BoA took it upon themselves to withdraw $397 from my checking account (which had less that $397 in it at the time mind you causing overdrafts and the like). I have this checking account set up with and tied into BoA online, but the automatic withdrawls/payments are CLEARLY turned off and this should not have happened unless I manually set up the withdrawal on BoA.com myself (which I did not).
I haven't had a chance to call BoA yet to see WTF happened as they are not open before I get to work (I will call over lunch). But I simply do not see how this happened at all.
Not happy.
