Sig help - How to make a link?

I've tried "view source" and other things on pages to see how it's set up, and for the love of god I can't make it work. I'd love an explanation, but since that may take a while, I'd accept someone just fixing the broken part.

I'd like to show these two things in bold as links, the same as... really half the other people do:

ebay evaluations link: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=*grelvis* (<--with the *'s attached)

and Heat link: http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=12497

I'd put up here what I've been typing but "it" won't let me, doesn't like the a-href thing.

You'll help me save the few hairs I have left on my head. THANKS!

You gotta use the forum tags, not html.

Example (remove the space to make the link work):
[ L=Heatware]http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=12497[/L]

Don't know if it's possible to bold the link.
