Sidewinder Joystick Question

Does anyone know where I can get software for my Sidewinder Precision 2 that will let me bind a button to a key?

I can bind what I want in games just fine, but I can't bind one as push-to-talk in Ventrilo. I just want to bind a joystick button to the "h" key or something generic like that, and then put that into Ventrilo.

The only drivers I could find at the MS site were for 95/98, the drivers for it are built in to XP, but they don't have that feature available that I can find.
 
Yeah, that won't even install on XP.

After some digging I found 4.0, but it doesn't work with the Precision to map buttons, it only makes it work, which it does anyways in XP.
