Sidebar Menu

ok, i'm an idiot, i can't seem to figure out where to remove the sidebar menu....its quite annoying!
 
go to your profile and then personal options.

that sidebar thing in addition to the ads on the left taking up 1/3 of the horizontal page is just insanely stupid...
 
It's nice, just not next to the ads... If we could have ads on the top and the menu on the side, scrolling with the view... now that would be awesome

Edit: I think I understated. It's great!!!... just not with the ads side by side :beer:

I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it, but when I came back to look for more instructions, it went away all by itself! 😛

It's a cool feature, but I agree that with the ads, it's too much, which is why I shut it off. Not to mention I don't use PMs or Favorites, so it doesn't add much value for me.

Also, it would be a nice addition if you could edit your favorites from the menu as you can with the buddy list instead of having to go to My Forums.

One last thought, having the menu undockable could also be cool, but I imagine that would be even more of a pain to implement.
