this just enables you to get extra bandwidth out of your agp slot, depending if it's agp2x, or 4x. yours is probably 4x. it allows you to spill textures into main memory if they don't fit in your graphics card's local memory. you probably don't need to enable it since you have 64 megs on your card. you can enable it sometimes either through a bios option, or sometimes if it's disabled by default on your card, you have to flash it with a new bios that enables it. generally i wouldn't waste your time, it doesn't offer significant performance increases in most games since almost all textures fit into video memory, and enabling it can cause problems.
