Side Scroll

Nothing major but it kind of an annoyance. Any chance on this being fixed some time in the near future? Firefox 2.0.0.4 1280x1024 screen resolution.

That started happening to me in what is now the Windows/PC Software forum yesterday. It only happens when I have the forum page (not an actual thread in that forum) open. IE7 - 1280x1024

ETA - Same side-scrolling happens on my work computer too. IE7 - 1024x768

Same issue with high resolution settings. Either the main topic area should collapse down to size or get rid of it. This "Quick Reply" box scrolls off the screen as I type unless the menu to the left is collapsed. Hey look, now that I am over here (or there) there are feature buttons like "Topic Tools" and "Search Topic" that I haven't seen. I have yet to browse the code, but can't that be accomplished easily enough by using percentages for the tables/CSS rather than strict sizes? (Yup, quick reply is 1024 wide with side menu open, ends up screwing the pooch.)

Personally, I like to leave the left side menu open because I do switch between forum areas, and check personal messages.

EDIT: Yup, with CSS styles disabled the quick reply box takes up about 50% of the screen, however, there is another quick reply box below this one...
