I have finally decided that I am going to put a fan in the side of my case. I have 2 questions

1)Will the side panel vibrate if I get a high speed fan?
2)What size fan shall I go for?

My case doesn't vibrate, but I used 2 80mm panaflo L1a fans. Get some rubber grommets from the hardware store if you're concerned about vibration. Using 2 smaller fans you can put the air exactly where it needs to be, over the cpu and video card. With a larger fan you'll push more air at about the same volume, but you lose the ability to put it exactly where you want it.
