I thinking of cutting out windows on the sides of my case and I was wondering what was the best material to use. And also where can i get some of these things? I tried looking in home depot but the only acrylic they had included patterns, kind of like what you would use on a shower door.
 
Lexan is good, but it scratches, so be careful.

It is very easy to work with, which is a big plus. I don't know about the others. Check a phonebook for local suppliers, it isn't that expensive for a little scrap like you want.
