While pulling into my narrow garage, the backseat right door scraped along the aluminum siding of my garage frame. Car looks fine (minor scrape that is practically unnoticeable after using 3M rubbing compound).

The issue is with the aluminum (?) siding of the garage. I did a messy paint job so it's not that noticeable until you're close to it and see where it's dented out in two spots!

Is there any way to easily fix this or get it bent back into shape? I've heard of the blowdryer/compressed air used for car dents and don't know if that would help in this situation.

Here are all the pics I have:

As someone who used to install garage doors and aluminum flashing, you'll never get it back into original shape without replacing it. Best you can do is touch up the paint.

That aluminum is much more malleable than car dents. It doesn't pop back. You may be able to make it look a bit better by hitting it with a wood block and hammer, but don't expect it to look perfect.
