Did anyone see the movie "Sid and Nancy"? Im glad they told the truth about how Sid never actually played the bass at any of the Sex Pistols' shows. What sucks is that they totally messed up Jonny Rotten's character. Their last concert (the scene) was totally wrong. Jonny's last words to the world as a sex pistol were "You ever get the feeling you're being cheated?" and the movie totally messed it up.

Anyone seen this movie? I didnt particularly like it...

You should read 12 days on the road with the sex pistols, its a chronicle of the Pistols US tour.
Sid did play bass occasionally, not often though...he was more for image than anything else though, they usually turned down his bass.
Ive had the Filth &amp; the Fury video since before it came out....still havent opened it, want to get around to watching it soon though. Ive got the Criterion Collection DVD of Sid &amp; Nancy and The great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle on video.
