seriously tho don't most states have a system in place now where mother's with newborns can drop the babies off at centers without ramification or questions??

I know California has such a system, last year there were something like 20 babies or so dropped off at designated centers with a don't ask don't tell policy. Why women don't use this service to save thier babies!?! use something like this!
