You hit the nail on the head. She's sick. People in this state usually just take themselves out. Damn shame she had to take out her own kids. :(

Pretty hard to believe someone could do something like this though, even in such a bad state of mind. :Q

Glad I'm remotely sane. ;)

Ummm, what is there to sensationalize about a mom killing all FIVE of her kids?? Seems pretty damn cut and dry to me.

Like I said in a thread before, some people should not be allowed to reproduce.. (most of texas and alabama :p)

And all people should have licenses to be in care of children.

It's TX though, don't they still use old smokey (or is it sparky?) there?

Yeah, that is sick, but despite how the media feeds to you that it happens twenty times per day, it doesn't...

Sorry, maybe I'm jaded, but this looks just like an Nvidia press release to me!

There is no such thing as sane or normal... it is all relative to yourself. If you're "insane", you think "sane" people are "insane". If you're "sane", you think anything aside from what you are is "weird", or "abnormal" :).

<< Police said that Yates called her husband of eight years, Russell Yates, home Wednesday morning and that he arrived to find the children dead. >>

OMG---can you imagine being that poor guy? If that were me, the police probably wouldn't have had to arrest that psycho 'cause I would have killed her----and I don't think there's a jury anywhere that would convict me. Reading that story literally made me sick.

Old sparky was in Florida. Taken out of service due to lawsuit instigated by Fla Supreme Ct.Justice outraged by botched execution - had to fry guy three times.
I linked to actual pictures, but thread mysteriously disappeared.

The one piece of the pie always missing from these type horrors, is that she had postpartum depression and was given "medication". The big prescribed three, which begin with "P" "L" and "N", have been proven in court cases to bring about homicidal tendencies in certain individuals. (The Joseph Wesbecker case)

Not only that here in the NYC area; They DO NOT report the news, they MAKE the news; as pointed out in the post above mine.
