The first two look the same to me except that the more expensive one mentions word size and DMA and comes with only one cable where as the cheaper one comes with only one cable.
The cheapest one, $12.50 on another site, claims that it supports RAID of unmatched hard drives. I thought the Silicon Image SIL0680 did not allow RAID with different size/speced hard drives.
