Well, I was trying to setup a VPN service through VPN.ac but unfortunately trying to use a credit card )Costco Visa, Barclay Arrival+ MC, etc.) is failing their payment wall system. In both instances I get an immediate text from the credit card issuer, which I say isn't fraudulent and instructed to retry. Unfortunately, retrying simply doesn't retry.

I check both creditors and no transaction detected. So much for trying to do business outside of PreyPal, BitterCoin and Imperfect Money (their only other payment methods). I guess I will try to buy another VPN provider's service. Crazy.

Have you tried PIA (Private Internet Access)? They will even take gift cards as payment if you have unused gift cards laying around.

I do not think PIA is a high performance VPN provider. I had inquired a month ago here about one capable of handling Gigabit users, unthrottled, not logged and without caps. I had used VPN.ac back at the end of 2014 for a 3 week trip overseas and it was good and reliable, but certainly never tested with fiber service. Their payment method has changed since then and practically stupid. When choosing 'Other' payment menthods, it includes credit cards (not Amex), gift cards, even f-ing Subways card. But I used their contact form about it and nothing in response. Strange, the new service isn't activated because the invoice is unpaid, but no way to cancel said order.
