Can you buy Shuttle XPC bare cases?

Can you easily buy/upgrade small form factor motherboards to fit the XPC or are they specifically manufactured for each XPC?

With a good AGP card in the XPC, why not? (Your comments and opinions)

I think it would be very nice to have a small, feature-rich computer that performs comparably to larger tower machines.

1st question - no, look for soldam cases as they are shuttles manufacturer
2nd - they are specifically manufactured for the case size, but shuttle do sell replacement mobo's
3rd - I have a sn41g2 with a 2500xp@ 2.0ghz, 512mb of pc3200 and a ti4200 its not top of the range but its fairly nippy

I'm fairly sure I'm moving towards having a Shuttle system as my main system. There is no reason not to. I can have a 3.0GHz P4, 1gig of RAM, 2 Raptors in RAID 0, a DVD burner, and a high-end video card. All this in a case 1/5 the size of my current one. Just do it!!!

DO the shuttles (ss51g) support big hard drives 160/200 gig without a pci card?
