Shuttle XPC keeps rebooting

I just bought my first Shuttle product, the SB61G2 which uses the 865G chipset.

Anyway, I threw a 2.66/533 Ghz CPU, 1 stick of 512MB Crucial PC2700
(non-ECC) and an ATI Radeon 9000 in it. I'm using the onboard LAN and audio
so my PCI slot is empty. HD is a Western Digital 20GB.

In the 2 days I've had it running (WinXP SR1) its locked up twice and
randomly rebooted 3 times. Nothing is overclocked and I've installed the
Shuttle chipset drivers etc.

Any ideas on what might be upsetting the almighty Shuttle? Does it not like
the fact that I only have 1 stick of RAM? I haven't played with any of the
setting in BIOS, should I?

Thanks.

Make sure that your speed and timings on your memory are configured correctly, as the BIOS defaults are usually wrong.

Also, make sure to update your Windows chipset drivers.
