Shuttle SX79R5 3930K and or 4930K

After reading some reviews on the SX79R5 with 3930K (with very old BIOS), the 3930K was throttled because of the power limited (there was a modded BIOS solution). How is it now with the latest BIOS and also 4930K? Could anyone who owns this unit shed a little light on these? Also I am aware of the 500W PSU, is it possible to run 3930K/4930K @4.4GHz 100% with Asetek 545LC and a graphics card say GTX 780 @stock or maybe a little overclocked also 100%?
