Shuttle SV25 PSU replacement fan??

Hello All

I have a system based on the Shuttle SV25 and the power supply fan seems to be out of whack. It is vibrating pretty bad and the noise is driving me nuts! Anyone know what type of fan I need to replace it? Where can I find one? Is there a good silent solution?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
