shuttle SN95 overclockablilty

I'm shooting for a SN95 and I was wondering how well it overclocks the 3000+ or the 3200+
if it doesn't overclock very well, should I just go for the 3500+ 90 nm?

You would probably get more of a response if you ask this question over at the Sudhian forums. It's devoted almost entirely to SFF pc's, and Shuttle in particular.
