Shuttle SN41G2 and T-Birds

The Shuttle site says that the SN41G2 and T-Birds are compatible, but I have read on a few other forums where people have had problems with them. Once the CPU was changed to a Thoroughbred the problems magically went away. Anybody have any first hand experience with this? My MSI K7T Turbo-R just went belly up and I'd like to throw the 1.2 Bird into a SFF if possible, preferably the Shuttle.

I think it depends a bit on luck. I know that the TBird 1.4 is a bad choice; not certain about others. Give it a shot and let us know!
