Can someone tell me what the max fsb on it is. Ive seen reviews that say 250 is the max and others that say 300 is the max. Also, does it have a PCIe bus lock?

300 on mine.
I have never taken it above 270 though. Worked at 270 (my old 3200+ Winnie) x 10 with no issues. Only needed .5 additional volts.

Yes the PCI-e has a lock.
