Shuttle SN25P and NCQ?

I was wondering if the Shuttle SN25P supports NCQ, since it uses the nforce4 standard and not ultra version of the chipset. I thought NCQ was standard to the native SATA that all nforce4 chipsets have but something in the techreport review made me think otherwise. Any thoughts? If the standard nforce4 does NOT support NCQ, does anyone know if that ATI rs200(?) PCIe chipset does? Thanks!
