shuttle sk43g, what processor can they handle?

Can I stick an XP3000+ in this box, or will it be too hot.
Coupled with a 9600xt, 512 megs of 333 legend ram ,a Barracuda 80 gig Sata drive and a Liteon CDRW/DVD combo.
Any other suggestions?

That'll work fine. The SK43G will handle processors up to 166FSB - no 200FSB for this one.
