Shuttle combo

Ok, this is going to be for a SN45G V2 shuttle. I'm looking to spend around $300 bucks for both of these:

Good video card (AGP) MUST run CSS at good/best settings
CPU (Socket A) prefer something with a 400mhz fsp.

Let's here the suggestions.

That the only one? I doubt my ultra will fit in there but I'm going to try. If it does great. Anybody recommend a cpu? I was thinking of a barton core? I want to stay below 300 so that would leave about 150 left after the 6600 video card.
