Shuttle AV61 mobo and win2k

Hello Everybody, Will anyone possibly read this with shuttle motherboard in the subject title? Well, I am having slow gameplay with my computer and I don't think it is my graphics card (all in wonder 128 ATI w/ latest directx and drivers) and I had the same problem with win98 until I unstalled the mobo drivers for the agp slot. Now that cd doesn't work for win2k but I did go to the manufacturing website and downloaded there 4in1 driver which claimed to have the AGP drivers. Needless to say, my games run even slower than it did with the original win2k drivers (who'd a thunk it). Can anyone help me with this?
