Shuttle AN35 Ultra, Phoenix BIOS failing on verify

I've got the a Shuttle AN35 Ultra that doesn't want to update using Winflash. Is there another way OI can do it? It fails on verify, but it's the correct BIOS.

First make certain you don't have bios write protect enabled in the bios. You could also flash it the old fashion way if you have a FDD. Why are you trying to update anyways? Adding Sempr0n support?
