hello all this is what i have

Shuttle an35n ultra 1.1 rev ( laterest bios)

amd mobile 2500 barton

mushikin ddr400 at it's speed 2-3-3-6

cheap 300 W power. by rosewill

firewire card, wireless card, radeon 7000 pci

Prime ide wd 80gb, wd 120gb

sec ide dvd rom, cd-r drive

fans...2 intake 2 exuast fan... 32C / lead ~50C

my problem.

Once it's on it works just fine for hours.

I over clocked before to 2.2G ( 200mhz * 11)
or 2.3G (200mhz * 11.5)

But some times it just wont boot up right, The bios start at the safe mode

displaying

"amd mobile 600mhz..."

What i do right now to get by is....go into bios and save and exit.

when it restart it seems to work SOMETIMES.

Am i doing something wrong with voltage???

for the chip i mess around 1.7 volt~ 1.775 volt...

for the memory i only have 2.6 and 2.7 volt option ....

Do i just have a bad motherboard??? how come my computer is stable once it's on
(ex. setting - 11 X 200 1.75V 2.7V for the ram.) but i can't boot it up????

kidd,

Welcome to the Forums!

Are you saying you only get these problems when your CPU is overclocked?

Regardless, the one suspicious item you mentioned is the Rosewill PSU.
Can you borrow / beg / buy a higher wattage & higher quality PSU to try?

With all of the stuff in your machine, I'm surprised that PSU even works at all.
