Buy it.

I've got 2. They're a hell of a lot better than the 3 other boards (2 from MSI 1 from ABit) that I've had to RMA in the past 2 months.

Great board. I had the AK35GTR (KT266a board)

Cheap, fast, and the on-board sound worked like a champ

It's a good value board - stable, 6 pci slots, good/clean onboard 6-channel sound, 4 DIMM slots, no fan on the KT333 chipset, and extra USB pinout connectors.

The only little points that I don't like are the meager software package and the placement of the CD & AUX audio input connectors near the last PCI slot (need long audio cables), but these are minor inconveniences.

I've been running asynchronously @ 133 FSB/166 DRAM BUS stable, but I plan to unlock my XP CPU chip before I start running synchronously @ 166 and beyond.

I got the AK35GTR, stable, fast, and has nice features.
So as the AK35GT2! Go for it!
But I don't think it has 1/5th divider.

FWIW, I am trying to decide between the AK35GTR and the AK35GT2 with the KT333 chipset. multiwave has the AK35GTR for just $63, so I think I am going to order the board from them. I have used them in the past without any problems. I will still probably order my CPU from newegg. Any reason not to pick up a XP1600+ for just $51.99 shipped? And is the Glacialtech Igloo 2310 sufficient for a XP1600+ at default clockspeeds? Anyone?

You do know that Newegg and MWave are the same company right? :D
