Don't see how. It pretty much lost every benchmark. doesn't have as many tweaker options either. The price is the only real thing that is better IMO.

The Shuttle had the greater overclocking ability (1564MHz vs 1440MHz), combined with price. As far as benches at default speeds, the differences were negligable.

Boy it won by a huge margin! :Q Yet, the 8KHA+ won most of the benchies!

It all depends on what your needs and desires are. Neither is technically the best! They are both great boards!

He even commented that his results were not normal.

"We feel it is important to note though, from what has been seen on the net in regards to the Epox 8KHA+, the overclocking performance of this particular board is not the norm."

Hmm nothing to get excited over I`ve seen other Epox reviews where they were getting 166fsb plus,I saw one with 172fsb :) so comparing one cpu with both boards does not mean a lot IMHO.

The price on Shuttle is better but I prefer the Epox myself.

:)

Yeah, it all comes down to what you want in a board ;) I'd glady give up .1 FPS in Quake 3 for $25 :)

That overclocking ability is prolly bs anyway. Epox only lets you to add 0.1v to the Vcore. I am not sure what the Shuttle board lets you add to the Vcore.

Lol... NFS4 you should see the prices here in the UK you would still be using a 486 board ;),I`ve not seen any Shuttle boards here in the UK that`s why I went for Epox it was best value for money over here and I`m very happy with it :).
