Shuttle AK31 mobo comes on but shuts off sporadically

My mobo comes on and will stay on, sometimes for 2 minutes, sometimes for 2 seconds. The monitor posts and I can get into the BIOS setup (if it stays on long enough) then it will shut off. The green light on the motherboard stays on, though, until I unplug the power from the powersupply. Any thoughts?

1. What powersupply are you using (brand/wattage)
2. Is the ATX connector firmly attached to the mobo?
3. Do you have the HSF fan plugged into the #1 fan header?
4. Are you absolutely positive that you don't have an additional standoff under the mobo which could be shorting it out against the case?

1. I don't know the brand 🙁 but it came in the case and I know it's 300w (with the extra plugs needed for a p4 mobo)
2. firmly attached yes
3. plugged in yes
4. Yup...I took it out of the case to make sure and it does the same thing
