Is there any way to guarantee getting the newer revision of the AK31 DDR mobo? I like the performance for the price, and it seems to get good reviews, but only with that second revision.
Also, since I am so schizophrenic about my motherboard I thought someone might know this: I have read that the new Palomino chips will require the 3 phase power that is offered on certain boards but not on others. (Epox 8KHA has it, MSI KT7266Pro does not) Has anyone factored this into their mobo choice? Is it even that critical?
While your at it, does anyone know if the shuttle AK31 has 3 phase power?
