Shuttle AK11 vs. MSI K7T Turbo2 vs. Iwill KK266

I'm building a somewhat low budget LAN box, and I'm looking at a KT133a board with a ~1Ghz Duron. Since these 3 boards pretty much span the price range ($66, $80, and $100 respectively) and have all pretty much been given good reviews, which one would I have the best general stability and overclocking potential in? Thanks in advance

^bump, I guess what I'm really asking is if the MSI is worth the extra $20 or the Iwill is worth the extra $40.

I have the Shuttle, and with FSB alone I'm able to get an additional 100Mhz out of the chip. Could probably do two if I decided to unlock it. It's a good board with many features and an intelligent layout. The board has been very stable for the time that I've had it. I think it has as much to do with running W2K as the board though...W2K is the best OS Microsoft has come up with IMO.
